CCM is proud to see capable playing an important role in the TILIS project. TILIS stands for Transport Integrated Learning Information Service. This ambitious project aims to provide a portal for the transport industry giving access to learning and development, career guides, vacancy and staff searches, capability structures, training plans and so much more. The concepts behind the TILIS project are remarkably in line with the concepts that underpin the design of the capable Learner Management System. The Compliance & Competency Management System (CCMS) has been renamed - it's now called "capable". We believe the new name reflects the clear benefits of the system as well as its ease of use.
After the sale of NCI, our mother-company, CCM has come of age and proudly stands alone. Founding owners Jim and Jacquie Manning retain their full interest and passion in the vision, products, and services of CCM.
We have changed our logo and some product names and are developing whole new systems and concepts in celebration of our "coming of age" and our new found independence.
We look forward to surpassing our previous high standards and record in meeting clients' needs and providing excellence in our systems over the coming years.
